1. Who I am

This website and the $PMB brand are run by Pedro Marko. B (“I”, “me”). You can contact me at nullquants@gmail.com. By using the site, or by requesting or booking anything, you agree to these terms.

2. Education only

Everything on this site, in my notes, sessions and community is for education and information only. I am not a licensed financial adviser, broker or investment manager. Nothing here is personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

3. No guarantees

Trading is risky and you can lose some or all of your money. I cannot promise profits or any particular result. Results shown on this site are my own, are not typical, and do not predict your results.

4. 1-on-1 sessions

A session lasts 45 minutes and costs €35. It takes place live on Discord with screen sharing. A booking form is only a request. A session is confirmed when I accept your requested time and I have received your €35 payment through Revolut. Time you miss by arriving late is not added on at the end.

6. Free notes and community

The notes and the community are free, provided as they are, and may change or be withdrawn. Notes are for your personal use only: do not copy, share publicly or resell them. In the community be respectful. No spam, scams, harassment, illegal content, or promoting products or tokens without my permission. I may remove anyone at any time.

7. Your responsibilities

You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. You are responsible for your own trading decisions and for any taxes you owe.

8. Market data and links

Prices and news are supplied by third parties, can be delayed or wrong, and are for information only. Do not rely on them for trading decisions.

9. Feedback you post

Feedback you post is public. You confirm it is your own words and you allow me to display it on this site. I may remove any post.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or my teaching. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

• Ask for a refund at least 24 hours before your session starts and you get your €35 back in full, to the Revolut account it came from.
• Once the session has started there are no refunds. Missing the session also means no refund.
• If I have to cancel or can’t deliver the session, you can choose a new time or a full refund.
• The free notes and community cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

What I collect

When you request notes, book a session, join the community list or post feedback I receive what you type: your name, email, message, and for bookings the date and time you chose. Feedback posts (your name and text) are stored in a database and shown publicly. Your browser also stores small items, such as cached prices, to make the site faster. I do not run advertising or tracking cookies.

How I use it

To reply to you, send the notes you ask for, manage bookings and payments, show approved feedback, and keep the site working.

Who else handles it

Form messages are delivered to my email by FormSubmit. Feedback is stored with Supabase. The site is hosted by Netlify. The futures prices use a TradingView widget and the page loads fonts from Google, and these providers may receive your IP address and set their own cookies. Payments are made through Revolut. I never see your card details. I do not sell your data.

How long and your rights

I keep emails only as long as needed to help you or meet legal duties. You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data, or to remove a feedback post, by emailing nullquants@gmail.com. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority. This site is not for anyone under 18.

• Trading stocks, futures, forex, CFDs and crypto carries a high risk of loss. Leverage can magnify losses and, with some products, losses can exceed what you put in.
• Most retail day traders lose money.
• Past performance does not predict future results. Any results I show are self-reported, unverified and my best rather than typical.
• Funded accounts come with rules, drawdown limits and fees. Passing an evaluation is not guaranteed.
• Crypto assets, including meme coins and NFTs, are extremely volatile and can fall to zero.
• Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and seek independent advice if you are unsure.
